Hongyuan Waterproof’s Two More Projects to Win Luban Prize

As the highest quality prize for Chinese building projects, Luban Prize was established in 1987, which set up a high quality standard for building projects in China. Since establishment, it has become an honorable pursuit of widespread building enterprises and owners in China in order to build their social images.
As of the 30th anniversary of Luban Prize’s establishment, a new winner list was released recently, with two of Hongyuan’s projects enlisted:
Linyi Civic Center
The project covers site area of 60,666m2, floor area of 16,161m2, and building area of 160,000m2, including above-ground area of 110,000m2, and underground area of 45,000m2. The building is of frame-shear wall structure, leading to a total investment of approximately RMB 340 million.
Total building area of the project is 254,200m2, including East Station Building, West Station Building, Central Station Building, and No-column Rain Shelter. The maximum span of East and West Station Building roof frame reaches up to 66m, and is 25.55m from roof. In aspect of station building design, space, openness, and people oriented concepts are fully taken into consideration.
